The Razorbacks concluded their season with a 6-6 record, securing bowl eligibility after a 35-14 victory over Louisiana Tech. However, the team faced difficulties, including back-to-back home losses to top-ranked opponents and a substantial number of players entering the transfer portal. As of December 12, 2024, 26 players had declared their intention to transfer, a situation Pittman did not anticipate.

I promise you, not one time. So, you know, I wish we’d kind of move on because it kills us in recruiting,” he remarked.
