Florida State University’s Golden Girls dance team delivered a stellar performance at the UCA & UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championship, earning an impressive third-place finish in the highly competitive Division 1A jazz category.
Competing against some of the best collegiate dance teams in the nation, the Golden Girls captivated judges and audiences alike with a dynamic routine that combined precision, emotion, and athleticism. Their performance highlighted the team’s exceptional choreography, synchronization, and technical skill—hallmarks of a program that continues to rise in national prominence.
Held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, the championship is one of the most prestigious stages in college dance. The Golden Girls’ podium finish marks a significant achievement for the program, reaffirming Florida State’s reputation for excellence across its spirit teams.
